About BonnieAbout Bonnie

Hi! My name is Bonnie and I’m beyond thrilled and honored to be a member of the ALL IN coaching team. I grew up in Connecticut and have lived all over the country. I’m a wife of 35 years, mother of 3 sons, grandmother to 3 beautiful grandbabies and currently live in Portland, Oregon. I grew up playing tennis competitively at a young age and continued through high school. I was somewhat physically active in college but that’s also where and when I began to develop poor eating habits. I was always able to “diet” the weight off, so at that time, I wasn’t overly concerned. Once I married and had my boys, the weight after each baby was harder to lose. I would go on the newest fad diets, look for the latest diet pills, and attempt to workout – unsuccessfully. I put everyone else first and as the priority. I was inactive, not eating properly and not accepting the reality that I’d completely let myself go. To say that I was the “Queen of Excuses” would be an understatement. I’d blame it on my metabolism, my age (58), hide from any and all photos, cancel social plans, or blame it on “life getting in the way.”
Bottom line – I’d lost myself.

I’d heard about ALL IN but “circled around it” for months. I knew a change had to be made but didn’t know if I could make the first step. I filled out my application, was accepted and began ALL IN on February 4th, 2019 and my life forever CHANGED!

From Day 1, I committed to clean eating, cardio for 1 hour a day and making my health and myself a priority. My husband and I traveled, maintained a busy schedule and through it all, I stuck to the program and the pounds dropped off, my health improved and my life changed for the better. ALL IN is NOT a diet, not a quick fix, it is a lifestyle that changes your mindset regarding food and fitness. I was encouraged and cheered on by my coaches every step of the way 24/7. The ALL IN community is one of love, support and empowerment. It’s a positive group of men and women lifting one another up when sometimes you’re simply not able to do it yourself. Of course, getting the weight off was a huge bonus, but the mental and physical gains were even greater. My advice to anyone who is thinking about beginning ALL IN is to DO IT – YOU are worth it! Embrace the positive, discard the negative and change your life…because I have, and trust me when I say, the feeling and lifestyle is beyond incredible.
