Easy Cucumber “Noodles” 🥒 We love a quick Easy Cucumber “Noodles” 🥒 

We love a quick, easy, refreshing side dish that tastes a lot more complex than it is! 

You’ll need:
- English cucumber 
- Green onion
- 2tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1tbsp chili oil 
- Juice from half a lime
- Sesame seeds 

Take a veggie peeler and make ribbons long ways down the cucumber. In a bowl, combine cucumber noodles, with the soy sauce, chili oil and lime juice. Top with sesame seeds and green onion slices and twirl in!

Don’t forget to save and share! And check out our blackened salmon recipe— that would go perfectly with these “coodles.”

Autumn Harvest Salad 🍏🥗 Crunch into Fall wi Autumn Harvest Salad 🍏🥗

Crunch into Fall with our Autumn Harvest Salad— the whole fam will go nuts for it! This goat-ally delicious mix of apples, walnuts, and goat cheese will leaf you smiling from ear to ear (even if our puns do not)! 

For chicken:
- 2 chicken breasts, cubed
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp balsamic glaze
- 1tsp salt & pepper each

For salad:
- 1 15oz can garbanzos 
- 1 apple, diced 
- 1 cup walnuts
- 2tbsp goat cheese 
- Mixed greens 

For dressing:
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1tbsp balsamic vinegar 
- 1tbsp Dijon mustard 
- 1tsp salt & pepper each 

Toss chicken cubes with oil, glaze and salt & pepper. Roast at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 

While chicken is cooking, heat a small pan with a little oil (or spray) and toast up garbanzos with a little salt & pepper. 

Whisk dressing ingredients together until combined. 

When ready to create salad, toss everything together and enjoy!

“I started my journey with ALL IN in October of 2017 and BOY did it change my life! I was in the middle of so many changes in my life and felt truly out of control! I was seeking something in my life that I could control and I found ALL IN and thought “Hey lets see what happens!” 

Well that was the beginning of a journey I could never have imagined! I learned so much in those first few weeks and I feel the most important thing I learned was how my specific body dealt with different foods and circumstances! It was life changing!

Now fast forward to 2023 and I have been coaching for nearly 6 years! What an amazing thing to be able to see my clients hit their goals and see their “scale” and “non-scale” victories on a daily basis! No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Truffles 🎃 It’s pumpk No-Bake Pumpkin Spice Truffles 🎃 

It’s pumpkin season! And there’s no better way to spice up your sweet treat game than with these super-simple, no-bake pumpkin truffles! 

You’ll need:
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2tbsp nut butter
- 2tbsp maple syrup 
- 1/2tsp vanilla 
- 1tbsp coconut sugar
- 2tbsp almond flour
- 2tbsp coconut flour 
- 1/2tsp pumpkin spice seasoning
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted
- Crushed walnuts 

Mix all the wet ingredients (puree, nut butter, maple syrup, vanilla & coconut sugar) until combined into a paste. 

Mix together the dry ingredients (almond flour, coconut flour & pumpkin spice seasoning). Fold into the wet mixture until a smooth, doughy consistency. 

Roll into about 8 balls, place on a parchment-lined sheet and place in fridge. While they’re in the fridge, melt your chocolate and crush your walnuts. 

Once balls are firm, cover in dark chocolate, and roll around in crushed walnuts. Place back on parchment and place back into fridge until chocolate hardens.

It’s our favorite time of year: SOUP SEASON 🍲 It’s our favorite time of year: SOUP SEASON 🍲 🍂 

Soup is nourishing. Soup is comforting. Soup is healing. 

And there’s nothing better to kick off fall than with a big bowl of our Souper Veggie Soup! 

You’ll need: 
 
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- 2 cups diced carrots
- 5 cups of veggie broth
- 1 15oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped green beans 
- 2 cups spinach 
- 2 cups cooked lentils (we used @TraderJoes)
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 2tsp @TraderJoes 21 Seasoning Salute*

Heat olive oil in a large stockpot. Cook onions, celery and carrots until onions are translucent. Add seasoning. Next add in green beans, tomatoes and broth— simmering for 20-25 minutes. Add in lentils, rice and spinach— stir it all up and it’s ready to serve!

Meet Coach @danasallin who found the internal chan Meet Coach @danasallin who found the internal changes from ALL IN were just as magical as the external! 

“I made a significant change back in May 2017 when my daughter was just 19 months old. At that time, I was a single mother working full-time and neglecting my own health. Before I discovered All In, I didn't understand what it meant to eat healthy. I used to think that if something was labeled "Low Calorie," it was a good choice, and I even attempted calorie counting without realizing I was eating unhealthy foods. I was eating unappetizing low-calorie frozen meals at work and preparing what I thought were healthy meals at home, only to binge eat on the weekends.

Discovering All In changed my perspective on nutrition. It taught me the importance of eating nutrient-dense meals. I not only dropped dress sizes but, more importantly, I started feeling good about myself. I had struggled with adult acne before, but after All In, my skin cleared up. I became more energetic than ever, and the best part was that I became a healthy role model for my daughter. She saw me as a strong, fit mom, and she started emulating my healthy habits in her life, including her eating choices and her involvement in sports and other activities.

The most significant lesson I learned from All In was how to manage stress. Since I began, I've dealt with the loss of a brother, the passing of a close family member, and multiple medical issues with my elderly father. Daily exercise has become my therapy for dealing with life's challenges. It helps me handle the seemingly impossible and lifts my spirits. I've learned to see the positive side of things even in the midst of life's chaos, and remain optimistic and strong. In the face of life's ups and downs, this ability to manage stress has become an invaluable tool.

My journey with All In is a testament to the power of making healthy choices and how it can impact every aspect of life, even during the toughest times.”

Teddi’s Fave Salad (A Take on Il Pastaio’s Tre Teddi’s Fave Salad (A Take on Il Pastaio’s Trecciolina)

Teddi recently posted her fave salad from the famed Beverly Hills restaurant, Il Pastaio, and we just had to make it for you! 

You’ll need:
-Generous handful of arugula
-1 cup of cooked lentils (Trader Joe’s sells precooked that are convenient and delish!)
-1/2 cup of sliced hearts of palm 
-1 tomato, chopped 
-1 cup of Buffalo mozzarella balls 
-1 small avocado, diced

Dressing*
-1/2 cup olive oil 
-1/3 cup lemon juice
-2 finely chopped garlic cloves 
-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 
-Salt & pepper to taste 

*makes enough dressing for multiple salads

In a bowl, add arugula. Pour a small amount of dressing on top and massage. Add the rest of the salad ingredients and toss together. 

And enjoy!

“I want others to find their “Happy” just like I did. 

I began my Journey May 2017. Going ALL IN was a game changer for me. I didn’t realize that I had spent the better part of 2+ years depressed. I had naturally always been an active, outgoing person but found myself at home often. In hiding if you will, out of shame for how “big” I had gotten. Everything that had worked in the past was no longer working. I was at a crossroads: Accept that this was my new normal or fight to be “me” again. I chose to fight! 

Teddi and ALL IN gave me the tools I needed to actively lead a healthy lifestyle. I saw positive changes within weeks. Accountability was what I had been missing all this time. I chose this lifestyle to boost my overall well-being. Regular exercise to invigorate me and balanced food to give my body energy. Tuna Waldorf Salad The ocean meets the orchard i Tuna Waldorf Salad 

The ocean meets the orchard in this super yum twist on a tuna salad! Believe us, you won’t want to make it any other way! 

You’ll need:
- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 2tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup grapes, sliced
- 1 small apple, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 handful cilantro, chopped
- 1/2tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste 
- Chives
- Red pepper flakes 

Add tuna, avocado and yogurt into a bowl. Mix and mash the avocado until you get a smooth mixture. Toss in the grapes, apples, celery, cilantro and dill. Mix well. Season with salt and pepper to your liking! 

We toasted up some @daveskillerbread, topped it with this salad, and sprinkled some chives and red chili flakes on top. 

But really, it’s good enough to eat alone, straight from the bowl!

Spiral Squash Salad 🥗😋

A perfect “twist” on a standard salad, these veggie spirals are complimented by the nuttiness of brown rice, making the perfect plate of colors, flavors and nutrients! And the way it twirls on a fork is 🤌

You’ll need:

-1 zucchini 
-1 yellow squash 
-2 carrots 
-1 cup of cooked brown rice 
-1 bunch of cilantro, chopped 
-1 tbsp red wine vinegar 
-1 tbsp olive oil 
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp chili powder 
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper

Take a vegetable peeler and slide down longways on each vegetable, until you get to the core. Mix the spirals together in a bowl, throw in cilantro, spices, vinegar and oil, brown rice and toss! 

Excellent as is, or if you’d like to add protein/dairy— some grilled shrimp and/or feta cheese would make tasty additions!

“I began my all in journey in January 2018. Having grown up playing sports I was always very active. I started to notice in my mid 30’s I was not as active as I once was, I was gaining weight quicker, and I was struggling to loose it. I was becoming insecure with my body- I was so unhappy in every single photo I had taken- and I noticed in almost all of them I was either standing behind someone or attempting to position my body in a way so I wasn’t fully seen- I just didn’t like the person I was becoming. Something needed to change. 

I was hesitant at first- would this really work? I had tried all the things- the fad diets- the shakes- the pills- the supplements. I decided to keep an open mind and not too soon after I began I fell in love with the accountability factor of this program- of having to send my workouts and meals and knowing someone on the other end was expecting those photos- they were cheering for me and they were going to hold my feet to the fire and push me! Before long I found myself not only feeling like myself again but I was trying new workouts- spin classes, HIIT classes, I even was doing 5k’s, 10k’s and even a 1/2 marathon. Who was this new me? 

I knew soon after beginning the program I wanted to help other people- I knew there were other people my age that were struggling and becoming uncomfortable with their body’s and I wanted to help everyone I could become the best version of themselves or better yet get back to feeling like their best self again- I wanted to push people to try new things and I wanted my coaching to help others the way this program and my coaches helped me. 

5 and a half years later- and countless clients later I continue to live this lifestyle and I absolutely love it. The joy and satisfaction I have found and continue to find in helping other people become their best self- well there is nothing better if you ask me.”

This fresh, fruit-filled “tacos” are full of antioxidants, fiber and a yogurt protein-boost! Plus, they’re fun for the whole family to make 🙌 Perfect dessert or for a healthy snack!

You’ll need:
- jicama wraps (we used @traderjoes)
- fruit of your choice
- nonfat Greek yogurt
- mint

Just take the jicama wraps, spread with yogurt, and top with fruit and some mint slivers.

Tip: make enough to share— these go fast 😋
