Make this one over the weekend and be set Monday morning with lunch packed and ready.

VEGAN QUINOA BOWL WITH ROASTED CHICKPEAS AND AVOCADO CREMA

2 cups cooked quinoa
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 15oz can garbanzo beans, strained
1 carrot thinly sliced
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chile powder
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 cup kale
juice of 1/2 lemon

AVOCADO CREMA
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 tsp cumin
4 Tbsp coconut milk
1 avocado
1-2 garlic cloves depending on your liking

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Pat the garbanzo beans dry with a paper towel and add to a medium sized bowl. Drizzle a little olive oil over them and season with all spices. Mix well to combine, place on a baking sheet or in a cast iron skillet. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the chickpeas turn golden brown. Remove from pan and set aside to cool.

While the chickpeas bake, put the kale in a bowl and massage with the juice of one lemon and salt and pepper, allow to sit for 15 min or more.

To prepare the avocado creama, add all ingredients to a small food processor and puree until smooth. Season to taste.

Toss the Quinoa with the apple cider vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix in the kale, carrots and garbanzo beans and divide between 2 bowls. Top with avocado crema and enjoy!

Well into my adult life, I could eat what I wanted without any weight gain. However, as I crept into my late 30’s, so did the pounds and the realization I was clueless so far as health and nutrition. My health was on a downward trajectory. I’ve watched friends cycle through fad diets with little to no long-term success. One person was very different, however. I followed coach @ashleylovescardioandjewelry on Instagram and watched her ALL IN journey. Yes, she had incredible weight loss, but I observed a much deeper transformation. Her smile changed, she looked happier, more confident- she practically glowed. We both work in the same industry and I know the long hours she works. If she could work ALL IN into her lifestyle, so could I. And so my ALL IN journey began. As soon as I started, I quickly realized ALL IN is a lifestyle change from the inside out. It gave me a roadmap I can maintain for life. However, my coaches inspired a much greater change from within. They taught me it is ok to put myself first. I learned that fueling my body with clean foods and carving out time for daily movement improves my capacity to care for others and makes me a more energetic and enthusiastic friend, colleague, wife and mother. The accountability aspect of this program was paramount to my success. My coaches encouraged me every meal and workout to reach my goals. The best thing you can do for yourself and your loved ones is be the healthiest and happiest “self” you can be. If you want to create the life you desire, I cannot encourage you enough to take a leap and go ALL IN. This program and its amazing coaches will give you the tools, encouragement and grace to get you from where you are to where you want and deserve to be!” #linkinbio

This past week we did a coach Team Jumpstart and M This past week we did a coach Team Jumpstart and Mileage Challenge. Our entire group took away a few valuable lessons:

1. Everyone needs a reset from time to time. It doesn’t matter how long you have been ALL IN, going back to basics and reemphasizing a solid routine is important for everyone.
2. Being part of a team is a beautiful thing. Knowing you have a group of people in your corner lifting you up and holding your hand through hard moments can be the difference between giving up and pushing through.
3. This program is about so much more than being a certain number or trying to look a certain way. Those non-scale victories are so important and give us the confidence to tackle challenging obstacles. At the end of the week, emotions were high. We had pushed ourselves to new limits and felt so proud of all that had been accomplished. That feeling is what going ALL IN is all about.
4. This community is made up of so much heart. Everyone that participated in our company Jumpstart gave this their all. We all come from different backgrounds and have different abilities. We are bonded by the common themes of living a healthy lifestyle, being able to be be vulnerable and supportive and that we are the type of people that give 100% into everything we do.

We appreciate everyone in this wonderful community, and are so confident that together we will continue to do great things!

It may be Monday but we’re still in a vacation s It may be Monday but we’re still in a vacation state of mind with this long weekend & delicious meal from @guiltfreewith.m.and.c 🍤

CAJUN SHRIMP BOIL ON THE GRILL

1 lb shrimp, uncooked, peeled and de-veined
3 ears of corn on the cob, husked
1/3 lb turkey sausage or chicken sausage, sliced
1/2 lb baby red potatoes
3 tbs @oldbay_seasoning
1 tbs minced garlic
Juice of 1 lemon, plus lemon slices for serving
1/4 cup olive oil
Fresh parsley, for garnish
—
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Chop corn into thirds. Then, chop each third in half lengthwise. Chop baby red potatoes into quartered pieces. Boil corn and potatoes for 10 minutes. Drain and set aside. This will allow corn and potatoes to get a head start on cooking time, so they will be done at the same time as your shrimp.
In a large bowl combine shrimp, sliced sausage, corn, and potatoes. Stir together olive oil, Old Bay seasoning, garlic and juice from lemon. Pour over shrimp, sausage, and veggies. Stir to coat.
Divide mixture between 5-6 12x12 sheets of aluminum foil. Fold edges up around mixture to create a closed packet.
Cook on preheated grill for 15-20 min, flipping halfway through. Top with fresh parsley and lemon sliced. Enjoy hot!

•MEET•A•COACH•MONDAY• Hey, ALL IN! I’ •MEET•A•COACH•MONDAY•

Hey, ALL IN! I’m Coach @deenaisallin , and I am so excited to tell you a bit about me and my journey. In addition to being a coach, I am the Managing Director of my family’s property management company in Los Angeles. I am also a mom to a 5 and 3 year old. With the never ending juggling of being a full time working mom, having this community is such an incredible support.
ALL IN literally changed my life. I have struggled with my weight since I was a pre-teen. I tried every fad diet, every program, every new trend. I would make progress, but then I would gain it right back. When I got pregnant with my first child, I gained over 65 lbs. I lost some of it, then got pregnant again, and gained it all back. After having two kids in under two years, I thought, ok this is my life now and I was going to be happy in my new body. I even bought a new wardrobe to convince myself this was ok. I wasn’t fooling anyone. I was miserable in my own skin. I felt embarrassed to run around with my kids and was instead missing out on so many memories by being ashamed of how I looked and felt.
Enter ALL IN. I first went ALL IN in January 2018, when my daughter was 10 months old. I had seen Teddi’s before and after photos on her Instagram and thought, enough is enough, I need help. And I started Jumpstart. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself.
I am a full time working mom, raising two small kids and running a business. But every single day I make a choice to put myself first. I made a commitment to myself to live a healthy and active life. It makes me a better mom, a better wife, better at my job, and just a better ME. I give myself one hour a day that is just mine, to be active and move my body. I fill my body with good foods. I know what to do to live the life that I want.
There is no magic pill. There is no magic wand. There is just commitment and hard work. And this incredible community. I tell my clients, I support you and I have your back ALWAYS. Not every day is going to be easy. But keep showing up every day because we are here for you and, as Teddi always says, the best is yet to come.
✨S U N D A Y • V I B E S✨ Who’s ready to t ✨S U N D A Y • V I B E S✨ Who’s ready to tackle a new week? Let’s commit to getting out of our comfort zones and going ALL IN on ourselves. Let go of the fear and embrace what’s to come 👊
• F R I D A Y • F E A T U R E • ✨ @angieis • F R I D A Y • F E A T U R E • ✨ @angieisallin: “I’ve always been a very active person - running races with girlfriends, hiking, and hitting the gym. But, after having two kids, I put on a lot of extra weight without noticing. I noticed that running with girlfriends became harder and I was in the back of the pack slowing down my group. I wore the same black sweat pants every day because they were the only thing that fit. I hit rock bottom on a ski trip over Christmas when I couldn't ski because my ski pants didn't fit. I vowed to lose the weight, however, I struggled for many years trying to lose the last 20 pounds and I just couldn't find a way to do it.

I started ALL IN in March right when COVID-19 was starting to get very real and scary. I decided I was not going to turn to food as my security blanket to get me through this crazy and unprecedented time. People joked about gaining the COVID 19 because they were stuck at home baking and eating and I knew I didn't want to let myself go down that path. I committed to losing those 20 pounds and I am so grateful that I decided to go ALL IN. The program is very easy to follow but the accountability throughout the day with my amazing coach was paramount to my success. Knowing that I had someone who would be checking in on me helped me stay consistent and committed. My coach genuinely wanted to see me succeed and that was very special. Thank you to @danasllin for being so positive and uplifting during a very scary time. Hitting my goal was incredible, but maintaining it has been the true test. ALL IN is a lifestyle that I know I can live with.” #linkinbio
