About Dru

Hi, my name is Dru. I am grateful to be a part of the ALL IN coaching team! I am originally from Alabama but now live in Northwest Florida (Santa Rosa Beach). I am a wife to a chef and mom to our cat, Kevin Costner.

I have always been active, playing sports in high school and continued to take classes/workout thru college. I became a certified trainer and group instructor in the early 2000s. Like so many women, once I hit 40 all the things I had been doing for years to stay on track began to shift. I needed to start creating new plans with food and my workouts to adjust to the changes that were happening in my new decade. I think people forget that trainers/instructors need people to hold them accountable too. We get busy looking after others and helping them achieve their goals and occasionally some of our goals start to slip. I knew what I should be doing and had the tools but needed someone to hold me accountable. That is where ALL IN came in to life! September 2021 is when I made one of the best decisions I made for myself! I was immediately surrounded by an amazing team of support and never looked back!

I remain passionate of fitness and continue to personal train clients & teach group classes. Accountability has become the foundation in my own health and wellness and I am excited to now share that with others and support you in your ALL IN journey!
